I am anxious to see the photographer's photos of the actual ceremony.  It was so beautiful and over so quick!!!!

We started the morning by all meeting at a local salon to get our hair done.  C got her makeup done too.  It was busy and festive with lots to nibble on and drink.  I was too anxious to do much of anything other than get my hair done and head to Walmart to pick up more ink!!!!  I had about 30 more programs that needed the insides printed on, plus the flower delivery and company coming!

The flowers arrived and I was able to finish up the printing and we got all the stuff for the church in the back of P's truck and then drove up the street to the hotel the girls all stayed at.

We got to church and all headed downstairs to the bridal room to get our dresses on and wait for all the guests to be seated.

And there were cookies. Lots and lots of cookies!

My friend does baking and we decided to do cookies favors for the wedding. Over 600 cookies were baked! I assisted in the frosting of the cookies on the Wednesday before the wedding. I only ate three of the little ones!

Wow, time has flown by!

Wow, what a whirlwind the past few weeks have been. Bridal showers, dinners, home repairs, closing camp and THE WEDDING! I'm going to take the next few posts to share what we've been up to! Rehearsal and PJ's birthday! Dinner was held at the beautiful reception area of the chapel grounds. What a great time with the two families and wedding party!

Thankfully the antibiotics are working and Marty's facial swelling has gone down. I know the bad teeth are still there, but buying more time to think about him having a dental......

Closing time again

Hard to believe that another summer is behind us and camp is closing for another year. Why does time have to fly by so fast?

The oldies waiting to go home.....

Marty & Chloe sat patiently in the back of the truck waiting to go home on Sunday morning.  Marty was really not feeling well with a swollen face due to bad tooth, but you'd never know it.  He is such a sweet little old man.  His white face makes me very sad.  He is now on 2 weeks of antibiotics to buy some time to see what we will do next.  The whole dental thing makes me nervous.

One of these things is not like the others.....

A little more social

I did not get a lot of time to take photos at social. Kiki and Stewie were the only ones that joined us this year. Being so busy I just hate leaving all six in the room or pen, so the other 4 were comfortable at home. The weather was beautiful and it was great to see so many old friends and make new ones too.

What a beautiful shower we had for C!!!!  She had a truly wonderful time and if how fast this day went is any indication of how fast the Wedding Day is going to go....drat....I want to enjoy every minute of family and friends joining us in celebration!  Let the countdown begin!

Today is an exciting at Casa De Punchy. Three HUGE trees are being taken down! My grandmother planted these trees nearly 80 years ago and there were some concerns about safety, so down they come! We will be without power for the afternoon. Should be fun stuff.
