The red sweater....
How does a person with four dogs buy one red sweater? Mainly because the husband almost faints when she picks up four of them...... We actually bought 2 sweaters for Marty. All the girls have tried on the red one......I really wish I would have bought 4 of them....sigh.....maybe I should check the after holiday sale?
My sister and I got these in our stocking from our dad.....

Christmas Party SURPRISE
Friends from camp had a Christmas Party yesterday. We didn't know the entire guest list, but it seemed that our good friends that live downstate 4 hours seemed not to have been invited. P and I thought it was probably due to distance with the party being on a Sunday. Our friend T called and was upset about not being invited. I got mad at P and told him he shouldn't have said anything about where we were going. On our drive there (one hour) they called us and talked about shopping, etc. D, his wife got on the phone and was sort of short. I felt awful. We drove on and were greeted by this......we were the third of ten couples arriving, thankfully it was only a "slight" chimney fire in their lower level. Things were under control and guests continued to arrive.
I was chatting in the kitchen and when I looked across the room I saw T & D! Apparently the joke was on us. They HAD been invited and HAD made the 3 1/2 hour drive to the party. When they were on the phone with us, they were actually sitting having coffee not far from us. Those stinkers!
Here's a few of us "ladies" from camp.....

Keepin' little doggies warm across the lands....
I've been having so much fun sewing PJ's for dogs! Seems as soon as I get a pair made, they're gone! Several friends at meetup ordered them and I delivered them at the Christmas Meetup.
Chloe seems a little worried that Stella and Dharma are already ready for bed? They live on the lake and their mama was worried about them being too cold!
seriously could these little old ladies be any cuter?
I gave Miss Pina Puggy (our friend's Liver Shunt Pug) a pair for her first birthday outside the *puppy*mill*. She loves them so much her mom ordered another pair. Then our buddy Salinger. His mom emailed with a request for red. She had a dream about a drop seat. I came up with these......
I know there are also a couple of other puggies out there that might be getting these for Christmas. I can't wait to see how they look!
So, if your interested in Pj's, drop me a note, comment, or stop over to my etsy store and "convo" me. There is still a bit of time to get an order in for Christmas!

Baby it's cold outside....
Recently I've had requests to sew a little something different.....doggie pjs! Of course sewing anything for Pugs involves changing things up a bit....due to their...well.....chubbiness, roundness, barrel body? This is a great idea when you want to turn the heat down and your little furry one is home. Plus, it's open for those potty stops!
I've also been back to making coats. I donated these two reversible little numbers to A's sister who recently moved here from Florida. Her little Poodle and Chihauhua aren't used to this colder weather. They can reverse them and match or wear on the stylish side. I think they turned out cute. Can't wait to see them on!
I'll be putting a few of these on my Etsy shop. If you'd like to custom order any for the holidays, please let me know asap as time is limited.
