The cousins.....

P has five siblings. That makes for a fast growing family! On Christmas Day we got a photo of the cousins. They are sitting oldest to youngest....and 4 are missing! My SIL better get a bigger sofa! My inlaws would LOVE this! Hope they are watching from Heaven!

Bridal Shower

Saturday was the bridal shower.....luckily we didn't have "real" showers. We played a game called "design a bridal gown". You got two rolls of toilet paper, 2 pieces of tissue and 6 paper clips.....our bride's dress literally fell off! Has anyone played this game?

Friends and family were VERY generous. The gifts were beautiful!

I had my bf make the cake and cookies to use as shower favors. I love the idea of "edible" favors. Plus, I LOVE cookies! We are doing a similar theme for the wedding. My dad says he is going around the tables to take the ones left behind!

We also managed to book the rehearsal dinner site this weekend. Another item to check off my list!

Pug Camp....

Vacation started out with the holiday weekend. Eight Pugs, seven humans and lots of fun!

Birthday Boy

Our first born had a birthday yesterday. Since he has his own apartment, works, and is going to school, he is pretty busy. He had plans to go snowboarding, but those plans changed and we were able to get the "family" together for a birthday dinner. We decided to meet at 4pm to give him plenty of time to make class. I sort of recall asking him which location of this restaurant we would meet at...the one 5 minutes from us, or the one 5 minutes from him....I'll bet you can guess what happened.....we went to one, he the other. At 4:05pm I look at P and say...I wonder if our (my) wires got crossed about the location? A round of phone calls took place and we said...stay put, we're on our way. C was already there with him when we arrived. He opened his gifts, we had a nice dinner and NO CAKE....I just can not believe there was no cake! Wasn't it just yesterday that I was creating firetrucks, clowns, hockey rinks, and skateboards?

I can't believe he's 26!

My youngest cousin got married on Saturday. He was our ringbearer..yikes!

It was nice to be with family again. Some of you know my aunt and I had fallout after my mom and grama died....all is well now......

P's birthday

We dropped C off at P's parents house for their trip to Vegas. We had a great dinner and couldn't ask for nicer people to love our daughter too! These two are very silly! Not sure how many people turning 21 go to Vegas?????? We have received at least 4 phone calls per day from C. She says cool there, but too smokey and fake. She is taking lots of photos for blogging!
