Scattered thoughts....

H and I finally got to pick up C & C the rescued Puggies. They were both anxious about the car ride in doggie seat belts, so I climbed in back with them. They smooshed in and I told them about their new adventure. They are going to be fostered by H. Thank goodness for H! Rescued dogs are special, they are not for everyone. They have emotional and physical baggage. It is no small feat to housetrain an adult dog! I love all animals, but I LOVE Pugs. Many do not understand that love or devotion. They have probably NEVER been loved by Pug! To those that don't understand this love...your loss. To those that rescue and take in the broken and abandoned...God Bless You all!

Found you thru Nee's blog.

We have one pug from a breeder and one rescue... I can tell you... our rescue (Grimmy) is the most appreciative, loving, caring, snuggly dog I have evern owned. He does have his issues, but they can be overlooked. Afterall, we don't know what he went through before we got him. But he's safe now and he KNOWS it.

They look so sweet. You are right, love from a Pug is a special thing. You and others that foster or help finding homes for these fur babies are very special people. :)

I can hardly stand it. I just want to reach through my monitor and grab those babies. Oh - if only my husband was a pet person. I'd have a dozen pugs or maybe more. I'd be the crazy pug lady!
Yes there is something very very special about being loved by a pug. When George cocks his little head to the side, and looks at my with those deep brown eyes....sigh...I just melt!

I think all of your volunteer efforts are awesome! You are helping so many pugs find good homes.

Neas Nuttines and I are best friends. It would be a contest who could outdo the other with the most pugs. For almost 40 years they have been the love of my life. Nothing like PUG LOVE and I have other breeds as well and love them all equally. Pugs aare like Lay's chips, cant have just one!! Best of luck with the rescues, they are darling!

Yay! We're so glad those puggies are going to get some love and attention! Pugs are such loves and all they really want in return is to be loved. There are too many people that don't understand that and we think you're right, those people have never known the love of a pug or they would understand!
Pug hugs and kisses!

They look scared. Mom just wants to hold them and pet them until all their fears go away. Mom says being loved by a oug is a very special gift and not everyone is deserving of it.
