My Zoey is good!

My sweet little Zoey is feeling mighty fine today! I feel blessed. During this week have felt so helpless and sad over her being sick. I allowed myself to go to dwell on the fact that these blessed little fur balls will not be here forever. I have seen many of you loose your babies. Like many of you I read the blogs and watch the videos and cry. Cry knowing that each of us must take a turn and knowing I am SO not ready for it to be my turn. So I will count my blessings and remember that the death of my own mom 10 years ago brought Pugs into my life, so from my greatest loss came so many wonderful things. Thanks to all of you for your kind words and thoughts during Zoey's illness!

So glad that Zooey is feeling better. It's miserable to watch them be so sick, and such a relief when they get back to normal.

Oh, thank goodness Zoey is feeling better. Mom and Dad can slide down that slippery slope of fear and anxiety. I try to tell them to think like me and live in the moment enjoying every treat. They say they love us so much sometimes it's hard not to worry. I get it, after all, we pugs are pretty special. Enjoy the weekend with your babies, we send licks your way!

Yeps! That sounds like our mama, too...didsa you knows'ums Aunty Punchy that she started worrying about Georgie Pooh and his weight when Zoey went and was ill? Yeppers. Her knows that the two have nothing to do with each others in the illness department, but it doesn't stop her from thinking about the fact that George Pooh could stand to loose a few pounds so that he doesn't get sick'ums with big boy issues.

Wesa just wanted to share that you are not the only mama that falls down the slippery slope of concern over what mama calls "Mort-tal-eh-tea".

Much luvums,

Pee-s: Ms. Gracie, the one who usually does nothing wrong gots in trouble...mama brought home two weeks worth of groceries and hers decided to break into the "roast beef" baggy. Hehehehehe! Yousa should have seen 'da mama when she saw Ms. Gracie steal a piece of meat from the now-punctured bag! Hehehehehe!

I'm glad she's better, too. It's always too soon to lose them. I sit here and look at the picture montage that you made for us with our original four...all gone now but forever live in our hearts and memories. Little Emma had her teeth cleaned today and I was so glad to get the call that she was all right. I'm so attached to her. Alfred is so attached to the husband. We're still crazy around here with only two pugs.

SO glad she's doing better! I too have gone down that road where you think a little too long about how terribly short the time with our pugs can be. My heart just breaks when I hear about a sick or lost pug, so it's great to get some good news!
