I should be in bed, but .....

Why don't I have the sense to go to bed? I woke up at 4:30am today, to hear P leaving on his motorcycle for work. I thought about getting up, going in to work early, getting a jump start on the MOUNTAIN of work there, but the furry ones streched and looked at me and closed those big brown eyes....so I got up at 7 instead and got to work at 8am, instead of the normal 9am. Missed lunch hour again today, but put a good dent in the work. Our daughter had car trouble...her thermostat. P had to go to her nanny job on his way home, check things out, drive his motorcycle home, get the truck and go back to tow her home. During this time period I chewed my nails and tried to work, waiting to hear they arrived safely. When I got home at 5:30 the car was fixed, daughter had bought P dinner, he was exhausted, I watered flowers, brought in garbage cans and got ready for my 7pm meeting. Poor P was fighting falling asleep as he was doing a showing of our carriage house at 7:30 pm and grumbling about it.

Now everyone else in this house has the sense to be in bed...sleeping, recharging, and what am I doing....reading blogs. I'm laughing over Norman's antics, crying over Tiny's last photo, trying to figure out if I have any books to send AM....and I really should be in bed! You guys make my day, you keep it real....thanks!!!! and now off to bed!!!!

Hey, I'm up late with you, too, and I was up all last night! I'm so tired but sit here reading blogs and catching up. The husband came in here and got on to me because I'm tired and stay on the computer. I hope you have a smooth day tomorrow!
