Sad news....

Sadly the news is not good for Chloe. Our vet can not remove the tumor as it is 4 times the size of the first tumor. She can come home after 2 today and we will see how things go for a couple of days. We have to make the right decision for her and not be selfish. It is so easy to just want to keep them here forever, but as their caretakers WE must do what is best for them, not us. Although my heart is shattered into a million pieces, I have to think about her and all the unconditional love she has given to me over the past 12 years. She saved my broken heart after my mom died. I owe her making a good choice for her.

Mom Kim here - I am so sorry to hear this news. I know the love you have for Chloe and understand the special relationship you have with her - in the space of 3 months I lost my mom and my heart dog I'd had for over 14 years - Angel Kammie had been through a couple of life changing events with me, including my mom's cancer and eventual death.

I know you will do right by Chloe - you love her too much and understand why we humans need to make that most difficult decision. Sending prayers and hugs to you and Chloe.

We are so sorry that one of your babies is facing such a terrible diagnosis. But you are right, you must do what is in her best interest, even when it is very hard. Our hearts break for you. We have a POTP tab on our page and if you would like to submit Chloe just send us a picture of her and tell us what you want us to pray for.

Your Pals,

Murphy & Stanley
