I had a different post planned for today, but our little friend Trunks was weary from his battle with Cancer and crossed over the bridge early this morning.
His Mama, whom I have never met, but whom I love and consider to be a "daughter" to me, had decided that maybe it was time to let him go. She had decided that TODAY was the day to let him run free. But Trunks made the decision to go ALL BY HIMSELF. He loved his Mama so much.
So little Trunks....may your mama find peace in remembering the good days and all the wonderful friends that banded together to support and love a little dog and his mama. Can you love those that you have never met in person? Absolutely! The world is a better place for letting yourself love this way.

We are so very sorry to have read about your friend. He fought so hard and loved his momma much. He will have many friends to greet him at the bridge.
